Our mission is to assist those in need by providing food and referral services. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
We supply Weekend Meal backpacks to students in need in the Orting School District and stock Care Closets at each OSD school with personal care items and food for any student to use.
During the summer school break we operate a Summer Meal site for children ages 1-18. This program aims to fill the hunger gap that some children experience by not having access to school meals during the summer. We serve lunch at Orting City Park and collaborate with Pierce County Libraries and the City of Orting, among other organizations, to offer fun and enrichment to the children along with their lunches.

If you would like to donate food, please stop by our location and place it in the cart or give it to one of our volunteers. If you have a large amount to donate, please call (360)-893-0095 for an appointment or stop by during our office hours.
If you would like to make a financial contribution, please make checks payable to: Orting Food Bank
Mail to: PO Box 1877 Orting, WA 98360 or drop it off on site.
Donations also accepted through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. A tax receipt will be sent to you if you supply a mail or email address.
