Pierce County Veterans Bureau

We provide emergency assistance with food, rent and utilities to qualified indigent veterans and family members. Limited assistance with medical, burial and is available on an emergency need basis. We offer the incarcerated Veterans Reintegration program.

Pierce Transit

We serve groups of 5-15 people traveling to and from work whose origin and destination are in Pierce County. We provide VanPool - and the cost is based on commuter miles and number of riders each month. Join an existing vanpool or start a new group. VanShare - Serves groups of 3 or more that travel 30 or less miles round trip per day.

Plateau Outreach Ministries (Samaritan Project)

We serve the residents of Buckley, South Prairie, Wilkeson, Carbonado, Enumclaw and Black Diamond. We provide assistance so that people can become self-sustaining (rent, utilities, medical, food, clothing, counseling, case management, and senior services).

Plateau Outreach Ministries Clothing Bank

We serve the residents of Buckley, Bonney Lake, Carbonado, Wilkeson, South Prairie, and Enumclaw. Clothing provided through POM's More Pennies from Heaven Thrift Store.

Plateau Outreach Ministries Food Bank

Serves the residents of Buckley, Bonney Lake, Carbonado, Wilkeson, South Prairie & Enumclaw. The Thanksgiving food bank serves families in Enumclaw and White River School Districts with the exception of 98391 zip code.

We are an informational site designed to educate parents, teachers, and concerned community members about teenn drug use and ways to prevent it.

Project Homeless Connect

This organization serves the homeless. It hosts events to provide services that address basic needs, including medical and dental care, access to education, employment and benefits systems, chemical dependency assessments, flu shots, haircuts, and more.

Property Tax Relief (Pierce County) for Seniors & Disabled

This program is available to citizens who are at least 61 years old on December 31st of the year they apply or retired from regular gainful employment by reason of a disability, with an income of $40,000 or less.
